How to get a return label? Follow

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at returns@cribsi.com within 30 days after receiving your item so we can make it right. We will process your request within 5 business days. Once we process your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

When we receive your return:
If you requested a refund or if the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Otherwise, we will send you a replacement.
